Owner of Alternatives Beauty Studio, Tesha has spoken at several beauty shows, has been called upon to speak at several schools including but not limited to Paul Mitchell, Empire, Venus, and The Beauty Institute (formerly-Stroudsburg School of Cosmetology) for natural hair care and business specifically.
Her work has been seen in many publications nationally and internationally. Including but not limited to Toys R Us, Essence, Braids and Beauty, Braids and More and African Braiding in America.

Renee Bunn brings her exceptional organizational and administrative skills to our Board as Secretary, drawing on her experience as Intake Manager and Assistant to Delaware’s only Black female bankruptcy attorney. In her professional role, Renee is known for her attention to detail and dedication to providing seamless support. Beyond her work in the legal field, Renee is the owner of Renascent Bath and Body, where she creates handmade artisan soaps and body care products in small batches, ensuring quality and freshness. Passionate about helping others carve out moments of relaxation, Renee combines professionalism and creativity to enrich every role she takes on.
Troy Bailey is a senior tax advisor with Goldberg Tax Services. Troy and his wife Katrina are also managing directors within the Goldberg Consortium. The Goldberg Consortium consists of the following: J.B. Goldberg Inc. (payroll, bookkeeping, personal and business tax preparations, nonprofit and corporate setup and taxes), Goldberg & Associates (real estate investments), Home Financial Strategies (wealth building strategies for families). Troy enjoys empowering individuals through teaching financial literacy, helping people control their cash flow, eliminating debt, and building wealth through biblical principles. He is also actively involved in assisting entrepreneurs to start and develop businesses with a solid business structure Troy, with his wife Katrina, founded planting the seeds for life ministries, a ministry that empowers youth with four foundational principles of life which enables them to see their true value and purpose.
